Take some time out to nurture yourself. This multi-sensory 4-hour wellbeing journey combines Yin Yoga, an immersive Soundbath & Cacao Ceremony, and a nourishing grazing lunch and cocktail tasting, to create a soothing space for deep rest, grounding, and renewal.
The Soundbath & Cacao Ceremony blends meditative sound and the purest cacao from South America, to uplift the senses, promote love and connection to self and to others. It also provides a nurturing and grounding energy.

- Cancellations: Tickets for the Bodhi Westin Self-Care Sunday cannot be refunded. If you are unable to make the event for any reason, you may give your spot to a friend or relative to attend.
- Security: We ask you to leave your valuables at home as we cannot take any responsibility for valuables left on the premises.
- Retreat Etiquette: To ensure the comfort and relaxation of all guests, we ask that you keep noise to a minimum during the yin yoga and soundbathing sessions, and switch all mobile devices off.
- Gift Voucher Payment: BODHI Gift Vouchers cannot be used as payment for the Self-Care Sunday Retreats, as they are special events and in collaboration with The Westin Perth.
- Parking: Valet parking is available (charges apply) and metered parking is available next door to The Westin Perth.
- Pregnancy: It is important that you advise us your pregnancy when you make your booking, for the yoga sessions.
- Privacy: All personal information shared with BODHI will remain private and confidential.
