BODHI Skincare Tips For Spring

Spring is in the air, meaning it’s time to change up our skincare! Keep reading for our tips for new season skincare, and BODHI go-to choices for boosting your springtime glow.

  1. Spring clean your skincare shelve(s).

A simple, yet effective task to feel good about your skincare space. Clean spaces not only make us feel good on the inside, but also clear our mind to start the season off fresh. Pop your richer winter skincare away and put on show your lighter spring skincare options.

Our suggestion: Sodashi’s Brightening Marine Mineral Mask

  1. Change your rich moisturiser to a lightweight one.

In spring, we often need less protection from dry, dehydrated skin than what we do in winter, and instead our skin needs balancing and hydrating. A lighter moisturiser tends to sink in beautifully, without feeling greasy, all whilst making our skin feel smooth and supple.

Our suggestions:

Mukti Hydrating Moisturiser – For normal to dry skin

Mukti Aloe Vera Moisturiser – For combination to oily skin

Mukti Balancing Moisturiser – normal to combination skin types that require slight hydration and have occasional breakouts in the t-zone area.

  1. Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate… and nourish your whole body!

It’s time to pamper the parts of the body we may have neglected during winter. This means exfoliating and hydrating often! We recommend daily moisturisation with a nourishing body cream, and exfoliating twice a week for supple, soft skin.
