How long are BODHI Gift Cards / E-vouchers valid for? 

BODHI Gift Cards / E-vouchers are valid for thirty six (36) months from the date of issue.

Where can I purchase a BODHI Gift Card / E-voucher?

BODHI Gift Cards / E-vouchers can be purchased online or at any of BODHI’s five spa locations, or at BODHI’s head office at 206 Stirling Street, Perth.

When purchasing online, you can opt for the voucher to be sent via email as an E-voucher or as a beautifully wrapped Gift Card via mail. When purchased in-spa or at BODHI head office, the Gift Card will be beautifully gift-wrapped for you.

Can the Gift Card / E-voucher be sent as a gift?

At the time of purchase, you can opt to have an E-voucher emailed to the recipient, or choose a Gift Card, beautifully wrapped and posted directly to you, or the recipient.

Can my Gift Card / E-voucher be used at all five BODHI locations?

Yes, BODHI Gift Cards / E-vouchers can be used at all five Bodhi spa locations, Cottesloe, Highgate, Westin Perth, Wembley and Yallingup. Gift cards can be redeemed towards any retail product or service.

How long will it take for my BODHI Gift Card to be delivered?

If you order a Gift Card online, you can choose between Registered Australia Post, Express Registered Australia Post, and BODHI Home Delivery is available if you live within a 50km radius of Perth CBD. With Australia Post we are unable to guarantee delivery times, so we recommend that you allow plenty of time for your voucher to arrive.

BODHI Home Delivery:

For next day delivery, Gift Cards must be ordered Monday – Thursday by 5pm. Gift Cards ordered Friday, Saturday and Sunday, will be delivered by close of business on Tuesday.

Can I get a refund for my Gift Card / E-voucher

BODHI Gift Cards / E-vouchers are non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash.

Can I use a discount voucher in conjunction with a BODHI Gift Card / E-voucher gift card?

Discounts can only be applied to the purchase of a BODHI Gift Card / E-Voucher but not on redemption.

What happens if a balance remains on my Gift Card?

No change is given and the unused balance remains on the Gift Card for future use.

What happens if I lose my Gift Card / E-voucher?

BODHI Gift Cards / E-vouchers are the equivalent to cash, please treat them as such. If lost or stolen, Gift Cards / E-vouchers cannot be replaced.
