How long are Bodhi vouchers valid for?
Bodhi vouchers are valid for thirty six (36) months from the date of purchase.
Can I use my voucher for a service other than the one it was purchased for?
Bodhi vouchers can be purchased for a specific service, or for a dollar amount. If you’ve purchased a voucher for a specific service, we’re more than happy to transfer the value of that voucher to a different treatment. You also don’t have to spend your voucher all in one go, it can be used at any of our five spa locations over several visits, provided the dollar value isn’t exceeded.
Where can I purchase a Bodhi voucher?
Bodhi vouchers can be purchased online or at any of Bodhi’s five spa locations.
When purchasing online, you can opt for the voucher to be sent via email as an e-voucher or as a beautifully gift-wrapped card voucher via mail. When purchased in-store, the voucher will be beautifully gift-wrapped for you.
Can the voucher be sent as a gift?
At the time of purchase, you can opt to have the voucher emailed as an e-voucher or request a beautiful card voucher gift wrapped and posted directly to the recipient.
Can my voucher be used at all five Bodhi locations?
Yes, Bodhi vouchers can be used at all five Bodhi spas, Cottesloe, Highgate, Westin Perth, Wembley and Yallingup, however please note that not all treatments are on offer at BODHI Yallingup.
How long will it take for my Bodhi voucher to be delivered?
Bodhi vouchers are sent via Australia Post and we are unable to guarantee delivery times, so we recommend that you allow plenty of time for your voucher to arrive. If you live within a 30km radius of Perth CBD, you can also opt for our home delivery service for an additional fee.
Home delivery – For next day delivery, vouchers must be ordered Monday – Thursday by 5pm.
Vouchers ordered Friday, Saturday and Sunday, will be delivered by close of business Tuesday.
Can I get a refund for my Bodhi Voucher?
Bodhi vouchers are non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash.
Can I use a discount voucher in conjunction with a gift voucher?
Discounts can only be applied to the purchase of a gift voucher but not on redemption.
