GIVEAWAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The Promotion is conducted by Island Enterprises WA Pty. Ltd., ACN 127 272 048, of 206 Stirling Street Perth WA 6000 (Promoter).
2. Entry into the Promotion constitutes acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms and conditions. Information on how to enter, all entry instructions, advertising material and prize information published by the Promoter form part of these terms and conditions.
3. An Entrant is any person who has entered this Promotion in accordance with these terms and conditions. Entry is open to all Australian residents. Employees or directors of the Promoter, immediate family members of any employee or director of the Promoter, any retailer, supplier, associated company or agency of the Promoter and any person who the Promoter has previously notified are not eligible to enter.
4. If the prize winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the Prize Winner’s parent or legal guardian on behalf of the Prize Winner. It is the responsibility of the Prize Winner’s parent/legal guardian to prove their parental status/legal guardianship at the time of Prize Winner notification. In the event that for any reason whatsoever a person/s mistakenly represents themselves to be a Prize Winner’s parent and/or legal guardian, then that person will be liable for all costs associated with relocating and/or re-awarding the prize (including but not limited to and administrative fees incurred by the Promoter). 9. One winner will be awarded the Prize package, and it cannot be split amongst a number of people. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. Prize values are in Australian dollars and are the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and are correct at time of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability, or merchantability of the prize(s).
10. The prize winner will be notified by telephone on Friday 27 December 2024.
11. By entering this Promotion, the Entrant consents to the Promoter’s use of his or her personal details (including name, likeliness, image and/or voice) for any marketing and advertising (in any form of media) that the Promoter may choose for an unlimited period without remuneration.
12. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and the prize supplier’s requirements.
