5 skincare tips for men

1. Do not use soap!
Soap is a no-go for the face as it dries out the skin. Don’t be afraid to take a leap into a good all-natural facial routine. At the very least cleanse (with a cleanser) and moisturise! Your skin will thank you for it.
2. Apply sunscreen daily
This is non-negotiable. Sunscreen isn’t just for the beach or outdoor sports. Incidental sun exposure, like the time you spend walking to the train or sipping a beer on the deck after work, adds up and causes skin damage and ageing.
3. Antioxidant boost

4. Keep it simple
